An experienced, customer focused Telecoms Project Manager is required to head up the implementation of network, data and IP solution projects for a rapidly growing Telecoms provider.

The Telecoms Project Manager Role:

Acting as a key interface between the Customer and key business functions, the Telecoms Project Manager will be responsible for ensuring the successful delivery of key projects spanning the product portfolio. You will head up the delivery of multiple customer projects with a range of size and complexity.

The Telecoms Project Manager will have an understanding of the wider context of solution delivery relevant to the customer's existing environment to scope out the end to end delivery of the solution. You will have a strong understanding of Network Solutions, Data and IP Telephony based systems but will be working with a technical engineer and specialist delivery team to implement the projects.

Requirements for the Telecoms Project Manager Role:

Essential:

-Excellent Stakeholder Management Skills - Ability to manage challenging Customers, and Sales and Technical Teams

-Experience working in a highly customer facing Project Management role

-Ability to manage multiple customer IP Telephony projects

-Strong knowledge of Data, Network Services and IP based telephony systems

-Adaptable and responsive to change

-Results and Quality focused

-Willingness to attend customer sites for 'kick off' meetings and further face to face service review meetings where necessary. These meeting will mainly be based in the South, however the role will involve occasional nights away from home.

Desirable:

-Prince2 Certification

-IT related qualification

-A current, valid driving license
