Netsource is working with a leading company within the Rail industry to help them find a new Project Engineer to join their team.

This role would be perfect for a Systems Engineer or Project Manager who has a a broad knowledge of the Telecoms industry. It is essential that the candidate has knowledge of number of technologies in order to pick up the role.

The role will require the successful candidate to monitor consultants and contractors, providing project engineering advice in respect of all construction activities. They will manage elements of the projects to ensure they meet current legislation, including construction design management regulations.

Project Scope:

- Will vary widely with Telecoms environment

- Primarily deploying projects into an IP/MPLS environment

- Projects could also involve SDH, PDH, Cable, Copper and Radio.

- Delivering into a Safety Critical Industry

Required Skills:

- Telecoms experience

- Experience with Quality Assurance

- Aware of Construction Design Management

- Experience of Railway Project Engineering
