Oracle HR Payroll Developers required from junior to senior level. You will be providing support and development on a greenfield implementation project. You will be expected to act as the point of contact for HR and Payroll development and be an expert in the field. There is an option to be home-based for this role.

As Oracle HR Payroll Developer your responsibilities will be:

- Analysis, implementation and support of the Oracle E-Business Suite R12.2.3

- Completing customizations, upgrades and enhancements to internal customers

- Interact with Functional and Support analysts to fulfil development and support the Oracle E-Business Suite production environment.

Experience required:

- Full end to end project life cycle experience of Oracle E-Business Suite HR/Payroll

- In-depth experience of creation MD070's

- In-depth experience of working with and creation of inbound/outbound interfaces.

- In-depth knowledge of data tracking

- Able to demonstrate history of creating PL//SQL scripts from scratch.

- Able to demonstrate history of creating BI/XML publishers reports from scratch.

- Knowledge of shell scripting

- In-depth knowledge of publicly callable HR/Payroll API's

- In-depth knowledge of underlying HRMS/Payroll database tables.

- Experience with Oracle Alerts and OAF is desirable

- Troubleshooting and fixing system and application problems.

- An effective communicator with the ability to work well with multiple teams and individuals to complete assigned work.

- Must be comfortable and good at interacting and communicating with all levels inside and outside of the IT department.
