My customer, a multinational company in the telecoms space have an opening for a Project Manager to join their team on a permanent basis.

Your responsibilities:

Initiate and manage the production of definition documents for the proposed project, and to facilitate subject matter experts input to the process, co-ordinating relevant input from customer and key internal stakeholders

Prepare and maintain risk register capturing project risks and mitigation plans

Preparation of meeting of minutes and follow-up on action items.

Prepare a detailed forecast of all the project plan, liaising with all required parties to gather the most accurate estimates possible and commitment on agreed deliverables.

Manage process of project setup, resource allocation and partner engagement

Weekly and monthly project progress reports to internal and external stakeholders

Strengthen the routine governance on the delivery program and facilitate the achievement of KPI targets for the delivery program

Ensuring customer provisional and final acceptance

Managing smooth handover to customer and internal operational teams

Managing change request process

Participate and prepare project management plans for pre-bid and new opportunities

Your experience:

Knowledge and understanding of Project Management associated methods and tools.

Mobile Telecoms background and high-level understanding of key services

In-depth knowledge of full project life cycle and proven experience of working on large scale, complex project with multiple dependencies

Prince2 qualification desirable or comparable qualification
