We are looking to recruit an IT Service Delivery Coordinator to join the growing IT team of a dynamic FTSE250 company. Based from the clients Aberdeen offices, you will be the key point of contact responsible for the support and project delivery of IT to end users of numerous sites in the region. Most of the support will be performed remotely, although there will be some travel to other sites as required - It is essential you have a valid driving license.

In the role you will take ownership of incident management and escalations, service delivery and project delivery for the business. Projects are varied including new site set ups, installations, moves and changes for hardware, software, networks and . The environment is largely Microsoft based, so you will support Office, Outlook, MS Project and Visio, as well as several business applications.

The role is extremely varied and will include providing technical assistance and support to Project Managers and Service Delivery managers as required. As part of the position training will be provided when appropriate, long term there is good opportunity for a dynamic candidate to see progression both within this department and across the IT department as a whole.

The ideal candidate will have the following skills/experience:

·Strong experience of 2nd line support

·Excellent stakeholder engagement

·Previous project and project co-ordination experience

·Experience of supporting Microsoft packages

·Knowledge of LAN/WAN and Active Directory

·The ability to work well under pressure to strict deadlines

·ITIL awareness

·Excellent communication skills

·Hold a full UK driving license
