Role/Location: Incident/Change Manager

Practice: Security

Incident/Response/Change Manager with previous experience in managing a variety of staff and working within a fast paced change/incident environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Supporting our managed service, delivering a security monitoring solution. Incident/Response Manager with previous experience in managing a variety of staff and working within a fast paced change/incident environment.

* Represent the SOC during security incident response and subsequent review.

* Lead assurance of security posture through monitoring security status and change review.

* Support less experienced members of the security monitoring team.

* Coordinate work during shift to ensure that tasks are complete and task priority observed.

* Lead incident and service escalations to ensure customer issues are managed appropriately.

* Ensure shift take-on and handover are completed correctly and issues resolved.

Skills & Experience, Essential:

* Change and incident monitoring.

* ITIL knowledge.

* Experience of working in an IT Security or Information Security, Security Monitoring or Security Operations Centre (SOC) environment (beneficial, but by no means essential).
