Job Description:

The CCRM Data Manager will lead a team providing CCRM data support and

continue to develop company systems and processes to achieve the vision of a single customer view. Ideal candidate will be able to analyse data resources, campaign performance and maximize interactions with a consumer database.

Skills & Experience:

         •       Graduate with extensive and proven experience in data management and analysis for marketing.

         •       Knowledge of CRM principles, methods and tools (from database to campaigns)

         •       Exposure to Microsoft Dynamics CRM, plus strong skills in Excel and SQL

         •       First-rate skills in undertaking in-depth data analysis, modelling and generating rich insight

         •       Thorough understanding of data protection legislation and its implications for marketing

         •       Experience of integrating data from multiple sources, eg digital analytics and CRM data, for greater customer understanding and input to campaign planning

         •       Proven experience of developing and successfully delivering an activity programme.

         •       Maintain and build relationships with 3rd party suppliers

         •       Experience of managing people, projects, agencies and budgets
