I am currently recruiting for a Senior Engineering Geologist/ Geotechnical Engineer to work for the clients Glasgow or Edinburgh office on a permanent basis.

Our client is looking for a Senior Geotechnical Engineer who has a minimum of 6 years relevant post graduate experience to help expand our geotechnical workload in various high level and diverse development projects. The ideal candidate will be able to demonstrate a range of practical work experience and be chartered.

Requirements and Responsibilities

* Client liaising and management

* Geotechnical design

* Ability to design and manage multi-discipline site investigations.

* Ability to write and review GIR & GDR (interpretative reporting and design).

* Able to manage multi-discipline projects.

* Able to mentor graduates.

Qualifications and Experience

* A minimum of 6 years post graduate experience.

* Minimum MSc Geotechnical Engineering (or equivalent).

Personal Attributes

* Good written and communication skills.

* Good numeracy and computer skills.

* The ability to demonstrate drive and enthusiasm.

* Proven ability to manage a team.
