One of my clients based in the South of Edinburgh is looking for a 2nd line support engineer with solid 3rd line experience to join them on an initial 3-5 month contract as soon as possible.
The right candidate will be open minded as well as having good communication skills, and will be focussed on providing a fantastic IT service to the company and customers alike.
To be considered for the position, you will need to have experience in the following:
- At least three years commercial experience
- End user support for Windows 7 and Mac
- Integration and migration
- Helping set up PCs
- Disaster recovery
- Back up of local and cloud based systems
- Supporting remote offices
