Senior Project Manager - Transaction Banking
My client is a stronghold in the international finance and investment banking sector. Globally commended for regulatory compliance, sound operational management, and other aspects of its syndicated loan business development, and with over 750 branches world-wide, they are committed to fostering shared and sustainable growth with ambitions of exceeding their title as universal leaders in the project finance market.
As part of the business' tenacious growth and development, they are searching for a highly motivated and qualified academic with a technical aptitude to fill a Senior Project Management role within a distinguished Department of Systems office. The successful candidate will manage and deliver projects while overseeing the sustained excellence of the clients Transaction Banking in Europe, the Middle East and Africa.
Key Responsibilities:
*Project Management of Payment Platform Enrichment projects for SEPA, UK Low Value
Payment, in addition to the Global and Local Cash Management system for EMEA.
*Status Reporting for EMEA and HQ stakeholders.
*Administration of forecasts in finance and delivery as well as project tracking and
management.
*Promote and subsidise the improvement of the programme and project management
process.
Key Role Requirements:
*A professional and technical understanding of both interfaces and regulatory
requirements of SEPA and UK Low Value Payment strategies, as well as infrastructure in
general.
*Experience in the consignment of SEPA and UK LVP system and interfaces to the banking
and clearing systems in addition to cash management and the AML complex.
*Previous employment in Project Management within a financial institution, in conjunction
with experience in delivering Payment Platform infrastructure resilience enhancements.
*Degree level education with qualifications in Prince2 and/or PMI Practitioner.
*Solid communication skills and an enthusiasm and aptitude for team work, with confident
and accomplished leadership and coaching ability.
*A positive and pro-active attitude towards the development of one's own performance
and ingenuity.
