Senior Java Developer

Location: City of London

Contract: 4 months

A Senior Java Developer is required for an initial 4 month contract role based in the City of London. The project aims at providing customers with excellent online services; these digital products are mainly delivered via a Java stack with a SOA pattern to achieve the necessary integration and pro-cess automation.

In addition the role will also encompass the migration from Service Mix to Fuse Service works 6.

You will also be accountable for defining integration/middleware architecture standards and pat-terns, make direct hands-on contribution to project delivery, and direct task assignments to Middleware team members.

You will be working closely with the Solution Architect to mentor and provide guidance to the agile development team on the current & future projects.

In addition you will be involved in the software development and testing, configuration management, test automation and continuous integration.

It is essential to have seasoned experience within the Agile environment.

Java, J2EE, JBOSS Fuse ESB, SOA, JBOSS EAP, Apache CXF, Apache Camel, XML, XSLT, WSDL, HTML5,CSS, SpringMVC, Hibernate, JSON, SOAPUI, Tomcat, Eclipse, Maven2, JIRA, Windows, Linux, Putty, JUnit, Jenkins, Log4J, Agile methodologies such as Scrum, Sprint and Kanban.
