Design Manager - Rail

Location: Midlands

Project work

Management and co-ordination of the design phases and functions within the rail environment on multi-disciplined schemes including Electrification, Signaling, Telecoms, Power, OLE.

Requirements

* Design Manager / Technical Manager / Design Co-ordinator level

* Experience of working on the co-ordination of design phases within the rail environment

* Strong Communication skills

* Strong knowledge of the Network Rail Grip stages

* Full UK Driving License

The role

Our client is looking for a Design Manager / Co-ordinator to manage the design process on behalf of a rail contractor. The role will require technical input, client discussions and the ability to take the process from initial enquiry through to final delivery.

Remuneration:

* £40,000 - £60,000 (depending on experience)

* Car / allowance

* Health

* Pension
