C++ Developer / Senior C++ Software Engineer (UNIX/Linux Python C/C++ R&D). Global financial institution based in the City is seeking a hands-on Senior C++ Developer to join a highly talented R&D team building new trading platforms and enhancing existing systems. You will design and develop key critical components for real-time, front office, ticketing and pricing applications, working throughout the full development lifecycle, from design through to product release.

This role would suit a Senior C++ Developer with a strong banking background who is interested in working within a less bureaucratic environment, while still utilising their knowledge of the banking industry.

This is a company that is known throughout the industry for their innovation and you will work with the latest technologies. As they are looking for exceptional Senior C++ Developers, the company is prepared to sponsor work visas and offers a relocation package to London.

Requirements:

                                         Extensive C / C++ design and development experience across the full software development lifecycle

                                         Strong experience in the banking industry

                                         Good Python scripting skills

                                         Strong knowledge of UNIX / Linux

                                         Excellent analysis and problem solving abilities

                                         Familiar with JavaScript

                                         Business acumen, able to understand complex business requirements

                                         Degree educated, 2.1 or above from a top tier university
