Technical Account Manager - Technology - up to £70k + commission
Our client a global technology and proven software leader has a new opportunity as a Account Manager. They work with a variety of clients, usually large corporate in the media, telecoms and Banking & Finance clients.
The Technical Account Manager serves as the key technical point of contact for customers. This person will work in a consultative role to assist in the successful integrations and account manages existing customers with technical recommendations through the customer's operations lifecycle.
The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background and be experienced in problem management and support escalation.
Responsibilities:
* Account lead and Technical account manage on enterprise level clients
* Provide technical guidance and recommendation to technical account portfolio
* Account manage and act as a escalation point with customers who require hand holding on sensitive support cases
* Perform on site architectural design sessions with clients to roll out of current and future software solutions
* Become an expert in the features and benefits of our applications
* Deliver web based and onsite training sessions for clients
Qualifications:
* Excellent written/ verbal communication, organization, presentation and project management skills.
* University degree educated
* Previous relevant work experience
* Ability to deliver and ensure a high level of customer service
* Willingness to learn and adapt in a fast paced working environment
* Willingness to travel up to 80% of the time
