A rapidly growing independent software company is seeking an Agile Project Manager to join their team. This is a great opportunity for an agile PM to bring their skills to an organisation at the leading edge of web-based technology which works with some of the worlds biggest financial institutions.

You will be managing the customer relationship during project delivery and setting up an agile delivery model to deliver the project. You will act as an agile coach to the teams by managing team dynamics, improving and maintaining release agility and fostering continuous improvement behaviour.

Requirements;

- At least 3 years agile project management experience (e.g. Scrum, XP, Kanban, Lean).

- A technical degree at 2:1 or above

- Track record of delivering front-office trading projects in Financial Markets / Investment Banking

- Great interpersonal, communication and facilitation skills.
