Company & Project:

My client, a specialist construction and building services company, are looking to expand their busy teams on a number of projects across a range of sectors based in London.

Our client does a lot of work on design and build projects of typical values ranging between £1m and £10m. They have an expanding order book within the London region and are looking for a competent, experienced Data Project Manager to join their team.

Duties & Responsibilities:

The successful Senior Project Manager will take responsibility for overseeing a number of Commercial projects across the greater London area. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving all aspects of the project forward from the design to handover.

The successful candidate will be someone who is familiar with all aspects of Commercial with experience on large construction projects and building services installations across a variety of sectors.

Key Skills & Experience:

* Proven background in managing cradle to grave of Commercial projects.

* Experience in working on major projects related to building services.

* Have worked on Commercial, Retail, Education and Pharmaceutical projects previously.

* Have worked on projects up to £10m.

* Previous roles: Project Manager OR Senior Project Manager.
