Java Developer / Java Software Engineer (SQL UNIX JavaScript Go R&D Greenfield TDD Java). Passionate server-side Java Developer sought by start-up software house that is pushing the boundaries of technical innovation. You will investigate and develop algorithms to be applied to real world problems in ways that have never been tried before.

As a Java Developer you will take ownership of a Greenfield project to develop a digital wallet systems, as well as working on a broad range of disruptive technology projects. The management team has an excellent track record of entrepreneurial success; this venture has secure funding as is backed by a much larger company. Offices based in the City.

Requirements:

           Passion for technology and engineering world class solutions

           Extensive server-side Java experience

           Good understanding of UNIX and SQL

           Working knowledge of REST

           Understanding of security issues

           Thorough understanding of computing fundamentals and object orientated programming

           Desire to work for an early stage start-up software house and be influential in the company’s success

           Ideally, payment / wallet development experience

As a Java Developer / Java Software Engineer you can expect to earn a competitive salary (to £55k).
