C++ Developer / Senior C++ Software Engineer (UNIX Python STL Agile TDD Multi-threading Mobile). Global trading firm is seeking a highly skilled Senior C++ Developer to act as a technical lead on important strategic and tactical projects. You will face a number of technical challenges, including creating a new highly scalable and performant infrastructure to be rolled out globally as well as producing a mobile version of the platform for iOS and Android.

As a C++ Developer you will design and develop a multi-threaded, distributed trading platform that allows analysts and brokers to demonstrate their expertise in choosing profitable investments that can be used by portfolio managers and hedge funds, working with a broad range of technologies including C++ on UNIX/Linux and Python and JavaScript for the GUIs. Based in the City, this is a dynamic, technology-led environment where you will be well-rewarded for your successes and innovations.

Requirements:

*In-depth knowledge of object orientated design and development using C++ on UNIX / Linux

*Advocate of Agile development methodologies - particularly TDD (Test Driven Development) / BDD Behavioural Driven Development

*Good knowledge of Python, JavaScript, git, Phabricator

*Desirable: SOA, Web Services, RDBMS, UX implementation
