Amazing opportunity for a Service Delivery Manager to fulfil an initial 3 month contract role based in London.

Role Information:

* An opportunity has arisen for a Delivery Manager in London to focus on the delivery of technical services provided by my clients IT department.

* Successfully engage with a variety of stakeholders to make sure their requirements are met and they have visibility of delivery.

* Defining and reporting on suitable metrics to drive performance.

Candidate:

* The successful candidate will be able to demonstrate the following:

* A strong background in delivering success in multiple projects with a variety of budgets to work with.

* Demonstrate an enthusiasm for facing clients and managing a variety of stakeholders.

* Experience of working to an Agile methodology with some experience in e-commerce a bonus.

* Also knowledge of different Project Management techniques e.g. Prince2 or MSP.

* Excellent written and spoken communication skills in order to effective lead and manage those around them.
