IT Trainer, 35K, Central London + Annual bonus

Leading Law firm based in London looking to bring onboard an experienced IT Trainer to add value to the business and take the knowledge of their staff to the next level!

My client are looking for:

Proven experience as an IT Trainer within a professional services environment

Expert knowledge of Microsoft Word and Microsoft Outlook. Excellent working knowledge of Windows 7 and other Microsoft Office products

Ability to communicate effectively and professionally with delegates at all grades and levels; ability to translate complex technical language into clear and concise "plain English"

Experience of a DMS system in a legal or professional services environment - previous experience of HP Autonomy Worksite would be a distinct advantage

Basic Project Management skills and/or experience of working in an ITIL environment would be advantageous

Being a strong team player with the ability to self-motivate is important in this role as the successful candidate would be part of a larger team - but who are based in Birmingham - and would therefore need to manage their own workload carefully
