Business Analyst - Contract - Banking - London

My client, a Tier-1 bank within London, is looking for an experienced, enthusiastic and technically minded person to act as business analyst in order to shape change across the business, System Controls & Analytics and Risk Software Delivery.

The successful applicant will engage with a diverse group of stakeholders, producing clear business requirements. The business analyst role requires the management of change implementation activities, whilst supporting IT operations. Further they must leverage their business knowledge and expertise to drive business improvements. The applicant will translate the business requirements and designs to represent both customer and business in discussions with Stakeholders.

To succeed in this role, you must have/be:

* Excellent stakeholder management, facing off at all levels.

* Strong team leadership - able to recognise strengths in others and implement them in the process.

* Excellent inter-personal skills

* Proven change experience

* Strong banking background

* Proactive and evaluative

* Regulatory/Risk background is essential
