JAVA DEVELOPER, CONTRACT, LONDON, 6 MONTHS, £400 PER DAY, IMMEDIATE START

My client requires a JAVA/J2EE/Spring/NoSQL Senior/Lead Developer with circa 5 years experience. This is a seriously hot opportunity for a well established Retail/E-Commerce client we deal with in Central London.

Key Skills and Background:

* You will expected to work in a client facing environment and have experience building scalable web applications in an AGILE/SCRUM environment

* Full on experience with JAVA/J2EE/Spring/NoSQL is essential

* Extensive experience with Elastic Search or CouchBase is a MUST have

* Experience with Continuous Integration and Deployment - TDD

* A background in Retail/E-Commerce with product domain knowledge will be highly advantageous.

About the role:

You will be working with a highly skilled technical team to meet critical deadlines and business requirements

* Contributing to low level design and some aspects of debugging

* You will be working on both existing and new client facing applications providing solutions and technical architecture of exceptional quality
