My client, a well known technology company based in London are looking for a Junior or Mid-Level UX Designer to join their team on a 6 month basis with an immediate start.

This is a great opportunity for a talented UX Designer to play a key role at the cutting edge of real-time rich Internet applications. You'll be creating ground-breaking UIs and supporting the continuous improvements of industry leading products.

As part of the UX Team you will work with clients around the world to help produce excellent user experiences. You must be able to design engaging User Interfaces that help solve complicated work-flows and create style guides and graphical assets for use by developers. You will have the ability to create wireframes/interaction designsProduce rapid, iterative prototypes. Draw/sketch and scribble a lot, design and brand different versions of application interfaces.

Any candidate willl need to bring a portfolio of projects to interview, and be able to talk through the UCD thinking involved.

You'll need to have:

*A degree in a design-related subject and a background in visual or interaction design.

*A proven track record in UX design and user research, and an in-depth understanding of user-centred design principles and current best practice.

*The ability to create wireframe designs and prototypes to realise design concepts.

*A demonstrable passion for innovative and well-designed user interfaces.

*An inquisitive nature and fanatical attention to detail.

*Good communication skills and the personality to thrive in a demanding software development environment.

*The ability to estimate tasks accurately and to manage your own time effectively.

*Experience of Adobe CS suite.

*Knowledge of / interest in web technology, including an understanding of or experience in HTML / CSS.
