Change Manager : Business Readiness - 6 Months contract : Edinburgh
Abrecco wish to recruit on behalf of our client a contract Change Manager. The successful applicant will be joining a project team as part of a global system implementation and will be responsible for ensuring that the impact of all changes are communicated throughout the company. You will ensure that all departments and staff are ready for the implementation in terms of processes, training and post implementation support structures. To be considered for this contract you should possess the following skills and experience:
Essential:
- Proven track record of go-live Business Readiness and Change Management
- Expert in change management across multiple departments and business functions
- First class communication and influencing skills, particularly at Senior Stakeholder level
- Introduce tools and techniques to measure post implementation success and challenges
- Proven ability to manage and control processes to ensure project success
- Capable of managing 3rd party resources
- A self starter capable of leading and motivating teams to successful outcomes
