Responsible for daily operation and maintenance of the Huawei Intelligent Network Platform (OCS).Lead operation team (2-3 people) who has to manage the subscriber data in Huawei OCS and provide necessary support for SIM & Voucher management team, IN Services team and other business functionsDesign of the end to end Develop close working relationships with IT, Core Network and Billing Architects, Product Development team and also with Vendor to ensure IN solutions meet technical and business objectivesWork closely with NOC, Project managers, IT team to implement changes and upgrades and migrations where necessary and provide support.Troubleshooting and providing assistance to Customer Service for any Charging and subscriber account related issues reported by Subscribers. Work in conjunction with, and take instruction from the IN design team to deliver new MNO’s integrated into the Full-MVNO IN solution Skills & Experience:
Bachelors degree in a relevant disciplineKnowledge of Prepaid/Telecoms technologies and troubleshooting, Preferably Huawei Online Charging System/Ericsson Charging System (HUAWEI - OCG,SCP,SMP,UVC,SMAP,CBP,USAU ; Ericsson - VS, AIR, MINSAT, SDP, CCN)Very good understanding of Oracle Database and its maintenanceGood understanding of Global Disaster recovery solution of a telecom applicationKnowledge of Veritas Volume manager and Veritas clustering technologiesUnderstanding of different telecom protocols like Diameter, Radius, SS7 (TCAP, CAP, MAP), SIGTRAN, SIPGood understanding of Unix shell scriptingKnowledge and experience of LinuxExperience in a similar operational environmentKnowledge/experience in SQLGood understanding of 2G/3G network architecture
