Project manager /team lead - Prince2, implementation - Birmingham

An experienced Prince2 Project Manager with direct line management experience is needed by a division of a corporate software business to manage a team of 7 consultants in the deliver of multiple projects to their external customers.

To be suitable for this role you must have a track record in:

- managing multiple small to medium size projects (circa £20k budgets and 2 month life cycles)

- be qualified or have solid commercial experience of Prince2 and other methodologies such as waterfall and agile

- experience and knowledge of the SDLC

- experience of delivering to external customers and stakeholders

- experience if direct line management as well as matrix management

On top of these experiences, exceptional interpersonal skills both internally across the whole business and managing customer relationships is essential.

This role will suit an ambitious project manager looking for a step up in their career working in a busy, challenging customer driven environment. Salary range for this role is between £30,000- £40,000 + good benefits.
