Senior Java Developer : Web apps - Permanent- Edinburgh - 40k

Abrecco wish to recruit, on behalf of our client, a Senior Java Developer with strong development and design skills to join a market leading and rapidly expanding financial services company in Edinburgh. This is a dynamic and rewarding role that will suit an experienced developer looking to progress their career in a company that is expanding their development team significantly over the next twelve months to maintain that position as a leader in its market. To be considered for this role you will be able to demonstrate the following skills:

Essential:

- Significant Java application programming experience

- Solid understanding of software design, development, and integration concepts

- Able to architect, design and implement applications

- Strong database understanding (Oracle or SQL)

- Full stack experience

Desirable:

- Degree or similar in Computer Science, IT etc.
