Senior Geotechnical Engineers
Our client is a major engineering consultancy with extensive operations across the UK and Europe, with expertise in the fields of energy, highways & roads, light rail, sustainable buildings and water.
Your Role
* Interpretative reports
* Design and management of site investigations
* Site supervision
* Production of specifications
* Geotechnical calculation and analysis
About You
* First degree in civil engineering/engineering geology
* Post graduate degree in geotechnical engineering/soil mechanics
* Have or actively seeking Chartered status as an engineer or geologist
* Substantial post graduate experience with proven project management skills
* Experience in design and management of site investigations, design of deep and shallow foundations, earthworks, retaining walls, ground improvement and slope stability analysis
* Fully up to date with the latest industry standards including Eurocode 7
* Recent experience within the UK transportation industry would be preferable but not essential.
