IT Support Manager : Microsoft / ITIL : Contract 4 weeks : Edinburgh : Circa 200 per day

Abrecco wish to recruit, on behalf of our Scottish based client, an experienced hands-on IT Support Manger for a highly dispersed multisite environment. You will be responsible for ensuring group standards and processes are adhered to, managing supplier relationships, and liaising both internally and externally to ensure agreed KPI?s and SLA?s are met. You must be a strong people person who can communicate clearly with all stakeholders throughout the organisation.

To be considered for this position you will have:

Essential:

- Incident management experience

- Relationship management

- Experience with Exchange / Office / Windows Operating systems

- Experience with Active Directory / LAN / WAN / Desktop / Server

- Full driving licence with flexibility to travel within the role.
