Programme Manager - Contract - Banking - London

I have an excellent role within my clients Global Payments and Cash Management team, working within one of the leading banks in London. This Change role requires that you embed the core, globally consistent 'PCM' sales tools and processes to deliver sustainable improvement in sales performance across regions and customer groups.

This role is offering a 6 month rolling contract and a daily rate of up to £700 has been signed off for the correct applicant, based on experience, current situation and relevance to this position.

To be considered for this role you must have:

Strong Banking and Finance background

* Excellent communication and team working skills across all levels of management

* Experience using Six Sigma principles and methods to drive out inefficiencies within the process, planning and designing stages of the change delivery (essential)

* At ease adapting to different environments, ability to motivate and lead a successful team

* Decision making and project management experience is essential

* Commercial Awareness, strong customer service ethic

* Proven ability to produce and maintain MI Reports (essential)

* Familiar summarising and manipulating large data sets

* Strong attention to detail and ability to challenge information presented

* Experience working with numerous stakeholders across multiple geographies and operating with senior management

* Ability to elicit requirements from the business in an accurate and timely manner

* Expert knowledge on MS Excel and strong MS Word and MS PowerPoint skills
