Product Manager - Alternative Investment Solutions - Financial Systems

Due to heavy investment in enhancing the alternative investments solutions offered, a leading financial systems company is looking for a Launch manager to support their global sales in selling new solutions within the Alternative Investment Solutions

This Product Manager - Alternative Investment Solutions role is to work within a dynamic and international organisation known for being able to provide development opportunities to its staff. Focusing on growth internally as well as with clients this company provides exciting prospects for your future career, aspiring to doing bigger and better things.

The ideal candidate with have minimum 2 years experience within sales/ pre sales and four years experience with Alternative Investments as well as project management skills.

Permanent Position

50 - 90k

City of London - with element of travel

Responsibilities for the Product Manager - Alternative Investment Solutions

* Define the pricing and packaging of the Alternative Investment solutions

* Prepare launch materials that are readily understood by the sales teams and effectively generate client interest

* Train the sales organization in selling the Alternative Investment solutions

* Track and report sales progress and sales projections to the Product Manager

* Proactively support the sales and pre-sales organization

* Speak at user conferences to promote the new solutions and participate in direct client sales meetings to support local sales

* Build revenue projections to support business cases for new potential solutions.

Qualifications for the Product Manager - Alternative Investment Solutions

The ideal candidate will have the following profile:

* Minimum 2 years of Sales or pre-sales experience from selling software solutions

* Minimum 4 years of experience with Alternative Investments - especially within private equity, loans, and direct investments

* Strong communications skills at all levels, and the ability to work with various, often remote, teams

* Project management skills

* A creative and inquisitive mind, and the ability to simplify complex things

* Drive, determination, and focus on delivering key priorities despite numerous obstacles

* A good sense of humour
