SQL Developer / BI Developer / SQL, SQL Server 2008 R2 / SQL 2012, SSIS, SSAS, SSRS

6 month initial contract, Competitive market rate dependent upon experience

Dynamic public sector organization requires SQL BI developer to complete a 6 month/initial project in their London location. With a developed BI function, this represent a unique opportunity for a top/end BI developer.

The main job requirements are to build are to consolidate the existing data/warehouse, carry out significant ETL development while using SSIS as well. Potentially, the project might require refining the existing OLAP cubes building on top of them in order to build complex reports using SSRS.

Critical Skills:

* Extensive experience/expertise in Data/warehouse building/migration using various methodologies (Kimball etc.)

* Extensive experience/expertise using SSIS to integrate data

* High/level expertise using SQL and T/SQL code to go behind the scenes and modify the tools used

* SSAS cube/building experience

* SSRS high/level experience, including complex/report development

Desirable Skills:

* Experience of full life/cycle delivery of a SQL server BI solution, ideally with architecture experience

* Dimensional Modelling

* Awareness of Prince2

* Excellent communication skills and fluency in English
