CRM Analyst required by market leading client in Bath on a permanent basis. The CRM / Digital Marketing Analyst will work with all teams to facilitate data management and cleansing in the CRM system across the firm and support teams in a variety of CRM database projects and initiatives.
Duties
* To be responsible for facilitating the recording of ROI and ongoing improvements and provide analysis of CRM client communication channels and recommendations for ongoing improvements.
* This role will be working with the Head of Marketing, Head of IT and Managing Partner to drive the use and benefits of CRM across the partnership.
* To act as the CRM helpdesk support for all internal enquiries across offices.
Key responsibilities
CRM
* To act as an internal champion (i.e. super-user) for CRM by recommending and improving usability of the system, fee earner adoption, liaise with all area super-users. Act as helpdesk for change requests, liaison with IT team and IT Trainer and Marketing team for client relationship.
* Working closely with the Data Manager, IT Trainer and the Marketing team, facilitate where necessary for all relevant staff to be fully trained and supported on the firm's CRM system to encourage optimum use.
* Support IT with routine CRM support enquiries and liaise with Marketing where needed on client marketing related enquiries
* To collate & cleanse data slices/mailing lists for all teams including client records, mail shots, campaigns etc and liaise with marketing for best achievable outcome.
* Structure data spreadsheets into migration format
Technical
* CIM/DMA qualification and/or a relevant degree
Experience
* Previous experience in a professional services organisation
* Previous experience of implementing and managing CRM initiatives
Interpersonal skills
* Effective communicator, in both oral and written communications, at all levels
* Ability to interpret and communicate internal client requirements relating to the CRM system or database analysis
* Excellent organisational skills with high levels of accuracy and keen attention to detail
* Takes personal responsibility for getting things done to timescales and is responsive to the Firm's demands
* Ability to support the CRM & Digital Marketing Consultant in collaborating with HR, IT and Finance to complete project tasks
* Ability to work effectively across several sites
IT skills
* Good data management skills with a good understanding of data structures, hierarchies and relationships
* Good knowledge of Microsoft Word & Excel (mail merges, filtering, sorting etc)
* Proficient knowledge in various IT systems/software (experience of CRM systems - Microsoft CRM preferred, CMS and web-based database tools (Google Analytics)
