Business Analyst (CRM) - South Wales

Due to an update to their business systems, a recognised housing organisation is seeking an experienced Business Analyst to capture the needs of the business and to turn them into functional specifications for their CRM system Microsoft Dynamics 2015.

This is a fixed term contract for 2 years paying a salary of up to £41,310 per annum.

Within this role, you will be responsible for a CRM Developer and a Systems Trainer. Duties will include -

- Analysis of complex business process problems.

- Coordinate a team of business users in the identification and capture of business requirements.

- Work within and impose governance during the project lifecycle.

- Continually monitor, identify, create, analyse improve and document business process across all aspects of the business.

- To work with the Systems Trainer to develop training plans and documentation.

Essential Skills -

- Experience utilising CRM software, ideally Microsoft Dynamics.

- Experience of Microsoft office tools particularly MS Visio and MS Project.

- Experience of working closely with stakeholders to map requirements.

Desirable skills -

- Experience of leading a team of developers.

- Understanding the technical side Dynamics CRM.

The ideal candidate will have an affinity with social housing and an understanding of its policies and practices. With experience of leading a team of developers in the effective mapping and processing of business requirements.
