The role

Harvey Nash are working alongside one of Yorkshire's most prestigious organisations in order to find them a Systems Trainer. This is an exciting new role which will invove one successful candidate to do a variety of task including Systems and Procedures training, IT Training, Telephone Support, and Project Delivery. You will have multiple relations across the business and liaise with a number of different teams on a day to day basis. You will be responsible for leading the design and delivery of training initiatives required by larger system developments, ensuring necessary proceudural and cultural change is adopted. This is a fantastic opportunity to get your hands on an exciting role in a great organisation.

Who you will be...

* You will understand complex organisations, systems and procedures, using this understanding to deliver innovative development solutions

* You will have advanced knowledge of Microsoft packages including CRM and Sharepoint

* You will have good project management skills

* You will have strong presentation skills

* Ideally, you will have a certificate in training practice or similar
