My client; an IT Service Provider based in Central London are looking for a 1st Line Support Engineer who can provide support remotely and on-site. The successful 1st Line Support Engineer will be the first point of contact along with a small team tackling technical issues. This will be a great chance to progress from 1st line to 2nd line.
