Permanent Package Engineer - Aberdeen.

Progressive GE is currently working with a global service company in the recruitment of a Package Engineer to be based on a permanent basis in North Aberdeen.

You will be joining the Subsea Engineering team to ensure that all projects are delivered within tight time frames and within budgets.

You will be working closely with the Engineering Manager and day to day responsibilities include:

* Support and manage project personnel

* Plan and prepare packages

* Supervise and review procurement for the projects ensuring all equipment falls within the outlined budgets

* Supervise all subcontractor activity on the project

* Manage the whole package from FEED studies through to delivery offshore

You will liaise with both various areas of the business and clients on an international level therefore previous experience working within an interfacing position is essential.

Essential requirements:

* Engineering qualification (Engineering degree and above)

* Proven offshore experience

* Extensive industry experience of design engineering and project management

* Working knowledge of international design codes

*The ability to work in the UK without sponsorship*
