BACKGROUND

Real Staffing are recruiting on behalf of a Social Housing Provider which requires an interim Project Manager to support their Decent Homes and Capital Works programmes.

This is the ideal assignment for an experienced Project Manager who is able to engage with multiple stakeholders and deliver within strict timeframes.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

* Reporting to the Senior Project Manager

* Liaising with the Capital Works and Decent Homes project teams

* Engaging with Cost Consultant, Lead Consultant, Construction Suppliers, Local Authorities and other 3rd parties

* Representing the interested of the Social Housing provider

* Managing contractors to ensure the delivery of key projects

* Supporting cost price processing and S20 consultation

* Collaborate with in-house Gas and Lift specialists

* Provide flexible support across all project areas

KEY SKILLS

* Delivered Electric, Gas or Lift improvement projects

* Worked with housing providers, consultants and construction companies
