Software Engineer : C++ / QT / GUI : Edinburgh : To 60k

Abrecco wish to recruit, on behalf of our client, an Intermediate to Senior Software Engineer to join an international market-leading Software company in Edinburgh. Our client is a world leader in their market with a reputation for keeping abreast of technology and developing products that are used across the globe. Working as part of a talented team, you will be contributing to the development of a major new cross platform desktop application that will reach global audience. To be considered for this truly outstanding opportunity you should possess the following skills and experience:

Essential:

- Strong commercial C++ development experience

- Familiar with Qt framework

- GUI application development experience

- Windows and Unix cross platform development (GCC/Clang)

- Degree or similar in Computer Science, IT etc.

Desirable:

- Experience with OpenGL/DirectX

- Unit testing experience
