Project Manager

Project Manager required for an independent financial advisory firm within wealth management. This is a great opportunity to work for a growing and successful company who are based in the City of London, who offer flexibility and a good work life balance. The role will focus on delivering projects across the IT and business side where you will be managing and documenting strategic projects ensuring that these projects are in line with the time scale and budget set.

Responsibilities include:

* Stakeholder management

* Managing projects according to the time scale, budget and the agreed requirements

* Managing all aspects of projects across the IT and business space

* Drafting documents including project initiation, project control logs, risk registers, project plans and status reports.

* Holding regular project meetings

* Being the point of contact for third parties

* Business analysis

Experience and skills required:

* Previous experience working as a project manager within financial services with a bias towards wealth management, investment, discretionary or advisory firm

* Working knowledge around IFA and ICA

* The ability to effectively deal with any project related issues

* Excellent organisational skills

* Handling all tasks with a methodological and structured approach

* Good interpersonal skills

* Excellent written and verbal communication skills

* A track record of having managed business and technical projects using structured methodologies such as Prince 2 and Agile.

* Good interpersonal skills

Salary: 70k to 85k + competitive benefits
