Are you a PMO Manager looking for a new challenge within one of the North Wests largest and most successful organisations?

I'm currently looking for an experienced Change PMO Manager, Change Programme or Change Project Manager who can undertake an exciting and newly created role within the Change Delivery Assurance Framework Team (closely aligned with the PMO). Your role will primarily be to develop, maintain and embed the standards that will support and ensure consistent PMO delivery within the areas of change assurance and standards.

As the successful candidate you will be able to demonstrate the following knowledge and skills:

· An experienced APMP (preferable) or PRINCE2 practitioner

· Significant PMO experience (many years)

· Experienced project/Programme Manager (several years)

· Audit/assurance experience in change/transformation programmes (health checks, gateway reviews)

· Promoter of best practice change management through coaching others

· Ability to influence and communicate effectively with senior stakeholders and junior members of staff

· Excellent report writing /presentation skills

· The right behaviours (roll sleeves up, team, above & beyond, emotional intelligence etc.)

You will be degree educated (or equivalent) with ideally a further qualification in Prince 2 Project Management practices. In this role, you will have responsibility for 2 direct reports so experience of line managing is also mandatory.

This role would suit a Change Project Manager, Change Programme Manager or Change PMO Manager. Alternatively, you may have an Audit background but have moved into a more Project based role over the last few years.
