Our client a leading investment bank is current seeking to hire a Market Data Specialist that will be responsible for the maintenance, support and development of the Market Data Platforms.

The purpose of the role is work closely with the back end servers on installation and upgrades on RMDS. You will also be responsible for working closely with traders also providing 1st line support when needed.

Key Responsibilities

Provision, maintenance and support of the London TREP platform and associated London Market Data systems.

Provision of on-floor support to the traders for Market Data issues (Eikon, Eikon Excel, Bloomberg, 'In-House').

Monitoring and publishing of market data service capacity, performance and availability charts

Identifying, recommending and implementing continuous improvement for Market Data services.

Planning, coordinating and delivering new Market Data systems, technologies and services to the Dealing Room.

Providing the contact point for all Market Data related matters across the London Dealing Room.

Reporting and communicating Market Data related matters and building relationships with IT and key Dealing Room business users.

In order to be considered for this role you must have back end experience working with RDMS Servers
