A Commercial Manager is required to join one of the largest telecommunication companies. Contributing to the success of one of the world's largest telecoms operators, the successful candidate would fulfil the role in Milan, Italy.

Responsibilities include:

* Design legal/commercial solutions for bidding projects

* Respond to commercial conditions of tenders and prepare other commercial documents

* Analyse commercial/legal/delivery risks and estimate related PJ risk contingency

* Negotiate and review terms and conditions of (both sales and subcontracting) contracts

* Support sales and product teams in identifying market opportunities

* Define appropriate strategies by providing commercial opinion

* Risk management for project fulfilment

* Handle contract amendments or disputes

Key Skills and Qualifications:

* Bachelor or higher degree in commerce, trade or law

* Experience of working with world leading telecoms/mobile business will be very desirable

* Three years or more experience with bidding commercial activities in a similar environment

* Strong negotiation and communication skills with ability present to customer

* Project risk management background

* Good contract and business letter drafting skill

* Financial/economic analysis experience and skill is an advantage
