My Glasgow based client are currently recruiting got a Junior - mid level Java Developer to join their team on a permanent basis.

The relevant candidate will have an ambitious nature and be driven by technology and the desire to improve their skills within a challenging, productive work environment.

Key skills for this role will include:

* Core Java development

* J2EE

* Java swing

* Web service protocol

* Glassfish or similar server experience

* RDBMS experience

Beneficial skills include

* Testing experience/familiarity

* Java enterprise experience - JSB, Servlets etc.
