Project Lead Manager - Deliver Regulatory Reporting - Edinburgh
My client, a leading financial services company, are recruiting for a Project Manager to deliver enhancements to the Commercial banks regulatory reporting process through building new data feeds from the bank's risk data warehouse to its risk weighted asset calculator, on a 3 month rolling contract based in Edinburgh.
Key Responsibilities
Develop a project delivery plan in conjunction with Group IT coordinating activity of Risk and Finance functions for requirements gathering, delivery, testing and parallel run
Report to senior stakeholders explaining key issues, that might be complex on nature, simply and confidently
Co-ordinate with senior stakeholders to ensure that the activities required complete in line with the plan
Ensure that all dependencies, risks & issues are captured and managed across the project
Work with senior managers within Risk and Finance business to build out a data management solution in a complex data environment
Support design and delivery of target operating model
Ability to work independently without close supervision
Exudes confidence when presenting and fielding questions
Resolve conflict and deal with difficult and demanding stakeholders
Write papers to encapsulate the operating framework
Some travel may be required to other UK locations (London, Brighton)
