Software Engineer : C++/C# : Perm : Glasgow - 36k

Abrecco are recruiting on behalf of our global client, self motivated and skilled Software Engineers to join a dynamic team focusing on new Windows application and embedded development projects within an R&D product development environment. As a Software Engineer you will contribute across design, development and implementation whilst learning new technologies as required. This is a challenging and varied opportunity requiring skills in;

Essential

- Proven OO Development experience using Visual Studio, C++/C#

- Proven experience solving complex problems.

- Real Time embedded development experience using C/C++

Desirable

- SQL database knowledge (SQL Server/SQLite)

- TCP/IP network protocols

- Low level, device driver or kernel development (ideally embedded Windows)

- Familiar with C++ Libraries (MFC, STL, Boost)

- Any knowledge of Scada, PLC or other automation technologies.
