Freelance Quantity Surveyor - North West London
The Company:
A Sub-contractor that has grown year on year since inception 20 years ago is looking for a Quantity Surveyor to come join their team. Unique in their approach as they employ tradesmen directly, they are able to provide a specialist service to their clients. Because of their growth they have also moved into main contracting, mainly carrying out residential or mixed use schemes as well as design and build projects.
The Opportunity:
You will be joining a work hard/play hard culture that promotes its staff as their most important asset. Mainly working on the refurbishment of offices and commercial buildings, you will be managing a number of projects simultaneously. Based out of the office in North West London you will also be travelling to sites in and around London.
The Key Responsibilities:
* Background is flexible but a specialist subcontractor background would be ideal
* Minimum of 10 years' industry experience
* Majority of experience must be in Commercial/office Refurbishments
* An easy going demeanour, but hard worker
* Experience with groundworks and basements would be advantageous
The Money:
* Competitive Freelance Day Rate + Business Travel Expenses
