We are looking to recruit a confident and passionate candidate to join our service desk within our thriving ecommerce company. Following our company's success, we are seeking an individual to provide 1st and 2nd Line Telephony / Desk-Side Support to internal and external customers. In addition to this you should have experience in Exchange / Citrix / Windows XP (7&8) / Office as well as excellent communication skills. The position provides exposure to a broad range of IT related projects and activities.

The ideal candidate will have excellent written and oral communication skills and exposure to; 1st and 2nd Line Support, Telephony, Exchange, Citrix, Windows XP (7&8), Office and Mobile. WHAT WILL YOU BE DOING?

This role would ideally suit a recent graduate with commercial experience or someone who has worked within a junior support role with relevant IT Qualifications. The role involves 1st and 2nd line technical support for 500+ local and remote workstations both internally and externally. You will be required to manage and maintain a number of IT related duties so experience in Telephony / Exchange / Citrix / Windows XP (7&8) / Office / Mobile previously is desired.
