Commercial manager - London

The Company:

Top 20 main contractor has an urgent requirement for an experienced Commercial Manager to join their established team based in London.

This client has an highly regarded reputation across a range of sectors that include residential, commercial, education, healthcare, and mixed use schemes. Projects typically range in value to £50m.

The Opportunity:

In addition to working on a high profile project the successful commercial manager will also be responsible for managing a talented team of surveyors, as well as contributing towards securing new projects long term. Day to day responsibilities include, procurement of subcontractors; measurement & valuation, dealing with payments on account, producing CVR's, final accounts and be responsible for delivering target cost on the project.

The Key Requirements for a Commercial Manager:

* Experience working as Commercial Manager / Managing Quantity Surveyor with recognised main contractors.

* Adept with managing projects with a total value up to £50m.

* Sector experience must include Commercial, Residential and mixed use schemes.

* Previous Roles: Managing Quantity Surveyor OR Commercial Manager.

The Money:

£300 - £370 per day (dependant on experience)
