Fantastic Opportunity for an experienced Producer/Project Manager to join one of the worlds leading Media and Broadcast giants.

One of the UKs leading pay/TV providers is looking for a Producer to join their industry leading team that uses cutting edge technology to manage, oversee and run live campaigns end to end. Leading by example you'll establish a clear direction for projects, and ensure they are kept on track / strategically, creatively, technically and financially. You will organise and produce from concept to delivery.

Role:

* Looking for an experienced 360 Producer/Project manager to oversee and run live campaigns end to end.

* Candidate will need to have worked with Media Plans and fully understand how they work.

* Previous experience in working with TV Campaigns is a bonus.

* To take the lead on specific shoot projects, scope out effective production solutions to ensure assets are delivered on time and within budget

* Negotiate the best deals throughout the production process, whilst maintaining quality of work.

* To lead on all negotiations with agents/production companies for on and off screen talent.

* Work closely with directors and creatives and support them by applying extensive production experience to deliver the creative vision. Help clients understand the production process and actively participate in all stages of the process to ensure work is high quality and effective

* Be the main point of contact for key stakeholders both internal and external to ensure maximum on/screen impact

* To drive more on/screen value by using internal facilities, when appropriate, and use knowledge and expertise to inform the decisions made and strategy implemented.

/ Digital

/ Display

/ Out of home

/ Ability to use and read Media Plans

/ Advertising Media Agency

Suitable candidates will be able to demonstrate the following skills and experience:

* Excellent communication skills (verbal and written) which help ensure everybody is working together and has the information they require

* Good IT skills. Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook and PowerPoint

* Excellent organisational and project management skills

* Detailed Knowledge of Agency workflows

* Strong organisational skills particularly those involving complex 360 production techniques for all media / digital, video, print and stills

* Tact, diplomacy and the ability to communicate quickly and effectively with a broad range of stakeholders, some of whom will be at a very senior level.

Be able to:

* Set clear plans agreed by all interested parties

* Work collaboratively as part of a team

* The ability to work under pressure, multi/task, take initiative and to work to strict deadlines
